Under Design

Fact Sheet

This project involves the improvement of US 19 (SR 55) from north of Whitney Road to south of Seville Boulevard. The proposed urban arterial roadway provides for six lanes (three in each direction) on US 19 with two-lane, one-way frontage roads on each side. A Single-Point Urban Interchange is proposed at Belleair Road. The Nursery Road, Haines-Bayshore Road, and Harn Boulevard intersections will be connected to the frontage roads. At the urban interchange, a new bridge structure along US 19 will replace the existing at-grade intersection.
